Dream Circle Group

Service Description

The primary objective of the Dream Circle group is to provide a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore their dreams and gain deeper insights into their unconscious mind. Participants will share their dreams in a Dream Matrix style in which participants offer associations and amplifications to others' dream material. Participants will have the opportunity to uncover hidden meanings, symbols, and themes present within their dreams. Group members do not psycho-analyze each other. Rather, it is the associations they share in response to others’ dreams that help to foster insight building in other group members. This method of dream sharing helps to weave a tapestry of interconnected ideas and images, revealing common themes and symbols that might not be apparent in individual analysis. When we use the term unconscious, we are referring to material that is not yet known to the dreamer. Dreams always show us our back, or what we do not see ourselves. To put it metaphorically, a dreamer examining their dream individually can be compared to a lone traveler traversing a dark labyrinth with a single candle-flame. There will always be aspects of the dream that are unknown to the dreamer, due to the dreamer’s unconscious blindspots. By sharing one’s dream in a dream circle, group members' associations and amplifications act as additional sources of light, illuminating the path and allowing the dreamer to see and understand their dream more clearly than they could exploring the dream material solely on their own. Each member brings their unique background, experiences, and insights to the discussion, enriching the collective understanding of the dream. This collaborative exploration fosters a sense of communal discovery and interconnectedness, as participants recognize shared motifs and archetypes that transcend the boundaries of individual identities resonating across diverse facets of human experience. Wednesday evenings 7pm-8:30pm 3rd or 4th Wednesday of the month. Dates: 10/30/24, 11/20/24, 12/18/24, 1/29/25, 2/26/25, 3/26/25, 4/30/24, 5/28/25, 6/25/25, 7/30/25 Cost per session: $50 Clients are paying for clinician time- access to others dreams + community + conscious development + psychoeducation materials on Jungian dream interpretation. Price Plan (non-refundable) 250 down for 1/2 the year- 7 sessions for the price of 5. (saves you $100)

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel participation in group or wellness classes 24 hours ahead of time. If you attend one closed group and do not find that it is a good fit for you, please email us at hello@ebbandflowcounseling.com to forfeit your spot in the group. Most groups request a 7/8 week commitment to uphold the group process.
